I've just discovered this forum, and from what I've seen so far it looks great!
My Grandmother was in the BDM in her youth so I'm hoping to learn a bit more about it from this site.

Garry, sadly I know very little about my (late) Grandmothers time in pre-war and war time Germany.
I remember when I was a kid she showed me a photo album crammed full of pictures of camps and uniforms etc.
She also did her 'Land service' on some local farms I believe.
Frustratingly, the photo album still exists.....somewhere in my Grandfathers house.
I will track it down on day!
